Summary of Battles on Day 6 of 1027 Operation-Part (2)
Ta'ang Land, 1th June
TNLA launched an attack on Shwe Myat Wun Camp of the military council in Mogok, Ta’ang Land’s Brigade (2) area at 5:00 am and could seize it by 4:00 pm. Additionally, a clash also erupted at Shwe Leip Pyar Camp as a counter attack to the military council’s offensive.
A battle took place from 2:25 pm to 4:30 pm in Shwe Tharyar, Mogok Township, towards which the military council launched (14) 60mm mortars. In addition, TNLA, along with PDF (Mogok Strategy), PDF (513), and the Mogok Peoples Defense Force, launched coordinated attacks on the military council's positions.
In TNLA’s Brigade (3) area, Moe Meik Township, TNLA, PLA and PDF allied forces captured Kin Chaung Camp of the military council at 7:53 pm.
In TNLA’s Military Brigade (2) area, TNLA, DPLA, and MDY-PDF launched a coordinated assault on Kaung Tat Light Infantry Battalion (LIB)-606 of the military council in Naung Cho at 4:14 pm. At 10:25 pm on 29th June, the military council dropped two bombs from an MI-35 helicopter on its Batallion-606 in Naung Cho.
